Complt is represented by his lawyer. Ld lawyer for complt by filing a petition has stated that the duspute has been amicably settled out of the froum and ops are agreeed to pay a sum of Rs. 1 lakh and he has also enclosed a copy of the cheque for Rs. 1 lakh. We have also perused the letter addressed to compltst. 24.4.09 and noted its contents. We have also seen a/c payee chdque dt. 15.10.09 bearing no. 247543 of Rs. 1 lakh in the name of complt to be drawn on ICICI Bank Ltd. Complt has received the cheque.

As the parties have amicably settled thier dispute out of the forum, we do not like to stand in the way of amicable settleent. Accordingly, the case is disposed of on full satisfaction subject to the encashment of the cheque in question.
