It appears from the record that this Commission show caused the complainant due to absent on 24/11/2020, 30/12/2020, 24/03/2021 and thereafter several time have given for submit of reply of show cause. In spite of the given time complainant is remain absent on and from 12/05/2021, 26/07/2021, 20/08/2021 and today. Considering the conduct of the complainant, in my view, complainant is less interested to proceed with this case. Hence, it is O R D E R E D That this complaint case be and the same is dismissed for non taking step. | |
