This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties 1 & 2 under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to refund the amount of Rs.1,35,600/- and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation for loss in career prospects, mental agony, harassment, stress with cost of Rs.10,000/- to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of the complainant is not filed for a long time to prove the allegations in the complaint. The complainant is absent for a long time.   Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
