Present:- Sh.Kuldeep Singh son of Sh.Labh Singh resident of 310-A, Guru Teg Bahadur Nagar, Jalandhar, General Attorney of the Complainant along with Sh.PMS Narang Advocate.

Today Statement of Sh.Kuldeep Singh son of Sh.Labh Singh, General Attorney of the Complainant recorded that he is General Attorney of the complainant Vide G.P No.833 dated 16.8.2018. The compromise has been effected with the Opposite Party and he has paid the dues of the Bank as settled with the Bank. Today, the Bank has returned the Original documents i.e. Original Letter of Allotment dated 2.8.2006, Permission to Mortgage, Payment Receipt, Acknowledgment, Closure Letter, N.O.C. Now there is no dispute with the opposite party, hence he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.

So accordingly, in view of the statement suffered by Sh.Kuldeep Singh, General Attorney of the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn after having been compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
