ORDER

Case record put up to-day on the basis of the put up petition filed by the Complainant through his Advocate. Copy served. Complainant files original copy of revision petition R.P. NO. 38 of 2008 and expresses his readiness to pay the amount as directed in the Order of R.P. NO. 38 of 2008 by the Hon'ble State CDR Commission, Cuttack. The Complainant submits that he has received the State CDR Commision Order yesterday i.e. on Dt. 21/01/2009. Heard the Advocate of both the parties on the petition of the Complainant. The Hon'ble State Commission in their Order Dt. 01/10/2008 in R.P. NO. 38 of 2008, have directed the present complainant to deposit a sum of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand)only with the OP/Revion petioner, with in a period of fifteeen days and on receipt of the said amount the Revision Petition ICICI Bank Shall release the vehicle in favour of the Complainant. Now, more than three months have already elpsed from the stipulated date of payment as ordered by the Hon'ble State Commission in the said revision petition. This Forum has no authority to modify or interfere in the order of the Hon'ble State CDR Commission. The Complainant can approved the Hon'ble State CDR Commission with his prayer as made in this petition. In view of the Order of the Hon'ble State Commission in R.P. NO. 38 of 2008, the present Complaint is closed. Complaint disposed of accordingly.
