Complainant along with her Ld. Advocate  present and filed application for taking the

case on today’s board.

Application is allowed. Complainant and her advocate has filed pursis for permission

to withdraw the consumer complaint  as settled amicably.

Since nothing remains in the present complaint no.22/128. We allowed the prayer of

Complainant and consumer complaint is disposed-off as withdraw. File is closed  and

certified free copies of order be send to the respective parties as per rule. Original file

along with documents be consigned to record room.
