Dated the 19th day of August, 2011

ORDER

            Counsel for OPs made statement that the disputed transaction of Rs.9695/- dated 18.1.2010 shall be reversed by the OPs alongwith all the charges if any levied on account of this transaction. He further stated that in case there is no other transaction apart from the transaction stated to above, the OPs shall issue NOC or certificate to the complainant with regard to said credit card and the statement will also be issued to the CIBIL or any other credit trading agency regarding the withdrawal of negative profile of the complainant and also of the credit card, within six weeks from today. He also stated that the complainant shall also be entitled for litigation costs of Rs.2000/-. Counsel for complainant admitted statement of counsel for OPs to be correct. Such statement has been recorded separately.

            In view of such statements, the OPs are directed to reverse the transaction of Rs.9695/- dated 18.1.2010 alongwith all the charges if any levied on account of this transaction. It is made clear that in case there is no other transaction apart from the transaction stated to above, the OPs shall issue NOC or certificate to the complainant with regard to said credit card and the statement will also be issued to the CIBIL or any other credit trading agency regarding the withdrawal of negative profile of the complainant and also of the credit card, within six weeks from today. The OPs are further directed to pay Rs.2000/- as litigation costs to the complainant within six weeks from today. The complaint stands disposed of accordingly.

            Copies of this order be sent to the parties free of charge. The file be consigned.
