                             Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.

ORDER:

                     Complainant made statement that the matter has been compromised with the opposite Parties. As per compromise, he has received a cheque of Rs.30,514/- bearing no.804650 dated 18.4.2017 drawn on HDFC Bank in his favour, therefore, he does not want to pursue with the complaint.  

                   In view of aforesaid statement, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having being compromised.  The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance
