                   Case called several times since morning but none turned up on behalf of complainant. It is already 3.20 P.M. No further wait is justified. Today was the 8^th opportunity for filing reply of the application moved by the OP No. 1 on 9.5.2022 for setting the order dated 22.3.2021, but neither the complainant turned up nor he filed any reply. It appears that the complainant is no more interested to proceed further with the present complaint. Therefore, the present complaint stands dismissed in default due to non-appearance of complainant.
