                   The learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he does not want ot purse the present complaint due to technical ground and permission be given to file afresh in a appropriate court and withdraws the same. His statement has been recorded separately.

                       In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, permission is granted to the complainant to file afresh suit before the court of competent jurisdiction.The file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
