AWARD

     Vide his separate statement recorded on 08.09.2023, Sh.Pushkin Bhatt, Legal Manager of OPs has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, he has handed over demand draft of Rs.8500/- bearing draft No.505552 dated 02.09.2023 drawn on ICICI Bank to the complainant in his favour. He has further stated that if the credit history of the complainant will effect the CIBIL/credit score due to settlement then the complainant approach the OP Bank for the same and OPs will assist in resolving the issue with the concerned credit information company. In view of the aforesaid statement of Legal Manager of OPs, the complainant has withdrawn the present consumer complaint being satisfied and prayed that it be disposed of in National Lok Adalat, vide his statement recorded separately.

     In view of the statement of the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied. However, the parties shall be bound by their statements made on 08.09.2023, as stated above. The award is accordingly passed.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
