ORDER

This order is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. Complaint is partly allowed. 1.The O.P. is directed to pay the complainant a sum of Rs.1,372.74 paise towards replacement of lock set. 2. The O.P. shall pay a further sum of Rs.75/- being the penalty imposed by the complainant's Bank. 3. Damages of Rs.300/-. 4. The above amounts shall be paid within two months form the date of this order failing which the amount shall be paid with interest at the rate of 12% p.a. from the date of receipt of this order. 5.Parties shall bear their own costs. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under C.O.P.
