3.M/s Laxmi Switch Gear, Plot No. 82, Industrial Area, Phase-I, Panchkula through its Partner/Director.

                                Today the case was fixed for filing evidence of the parties. At this stage, counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that matter has been compromised between the parties . Now nothing remain towards the Ops.  So he wants to withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                                Heard.  In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.  We order accordingly.

                                A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
