10.     `32,065.99 and after adjusting the payments of`7,307/- and making credit of purchase and other charges`9,304.98 the total amount due is show as`34,063.97. `600/-. The complainant had mistaken this amount for the late payment charges of`600/- shown in credit card statement dated 8.9.2007.  

11.      `1,00,000/28,000/-. 

12.    `28,000/- towards principal portion and`2,800/- as interest portion to be paid by the complainant. The consistent version of the opposite party not that the complainant was paying only minimum amount out of the balance due and
