On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that complainant was lastly appeared on 04.03.2022 when the matter was heard and the notice was issued to OP however thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for three consecutive hearings since August, 2022 for a year including today. Commission is not inclined to accommodate the complaint any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for willful non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
