                Today, the case is fixed for filing correct address of  the OP.No.3 and Regd.cover for the service of the OPs.  But the same is not filed since 27.01.2022 till today.  Case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 12:30 PM. Now, the case be again called after lunch.

It seems that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the present complaint further hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution. However, the complainant is at liberty to file the fresh complaint if so desired. Copy of the order be sent to the complainant free of cost. File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
