          Today is fixed for show cause by complainant.

          Shri  Tinku Naskar is present on behalf of o.p. nos. 1 & 2.

          Complainant is absent without any step.

          It appears that complainant was asked to show cause as to why this complaint case shall not be dismissed for his absence without step on the date fixed for filing affidavit by the complainant vide order no. 4 dated 12.10.2017.

          It is now 1.05 p.m. On repeated calls neither the complainant nor anybody of the complainant is found present either to file show cause or to take any step.

          In view of above facts and circumstances we have sufficient reason to believe that complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this case. So this complaint case is liable to be dismissed.

          Hence,

                                 Ordered           

          That the CC case no. 148 of 2017 be and the same is hereby dismissed for default but without cost.
