The  complainant is allowed the direct the op 1&2 are  directed to receive a sum Rs 45000/- from the  complainant  and  to  return his vehicle in running  condition  and  there after if their  any balalce  to be payble  by the  complainant  and  the  complainant  recover the said  amount  in installment  of Rs 1500/- p.m. from  the complainant   and the  complainant  and there shall pay the  installment  on  before 150/- ever month one month after delivery of the  vehicle   to the  complainant  failing  which  the opp are  entitled se the  vehicle  from the  complainant  for  realization  of  the said  amount  of Rs 45000/- as mentioned above the  opp are at libel to  sell notice  to the complainant  two weeks  time is  granted  for  payment in the  circumstance each party do beer their  own costs. payment of  the said  amount to the ops  by the  complainant
