Complainant is absent . opp is present through his lawyer From perusal of order sheets it transpires that on 06/08/2024 the evidence of complainant has been closed and the case is fixed for further hearing . 

                             Since the complainant failed to adduce any evidence in this case so the case of the complainant could not be proved . So there is no reason to prolong this case further more . 

                            Accordingly this complaint case is dismissed due to non production of evidence by the complainant . Keep the record in the record room.
