The case is posted to-day for appearance and for filing of version by OPs. OPs files no steps and absent on call. Complainant had filed a memo on Dt.08/02/2013, stating therein that he does not want to proceed further with the case and want to withdraw the case. So he prayed before this Forum for passing of suitable order.

The memo Dt.08/02/2013 put up to-day before the Forum. Perused the memo and heard the Advocate for the Complainant.

The memo allowed. In view of the memo of the Complainant, the case is here-by withdrawn and disposed off accordingly.

The case is disposed off.
