         The Complainant has not filed this complaint within prescribed period of limitation. Therefore, the Complainant had filed separate application for condonation of delay of 410 days caused in filing of this complaint. Said application was numbered as M.A.No.66/2008. After hearing Ld.Advocates for both the parties, Misc.Application No.66/2008 for condonation of delay is rejected. Therefore, complaint is dismissed as barred by law of limitation. No order as to costs.
