                                                            ORDER

The case called out several times but neither the complainant nor anybody else on his behalf has turned up. Notice of the application was sent to OPs but the same had been received back with the report “no such office of this name”. The complainant was to furnish the correct address but it appears that he has not been able to find out the same and therefore none has appeared for the complainant. The application is accordingly dismissed for non prosecution. However, the complainant may file afresh application as and when the correct address of OPs comes to his knowledge, as permitted by law.

Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
