Present :-   Complainant in person.

                     Mr. Sugneet Bhushan, Manager of OP.

                       

Both parties state that matter has been amicably settled wherein OP has handed over Tab after getting it repaired alongwith extended warranty same was checked by Complainant. OP has also paid Rs. 1,000/- as compensation.

The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
