This appeal has been filed against the judgment dated

2

 

18.4.2016 passed by learned DCF Jaipur 2^nd by which it dismissed the complaint on the ground that insurance company is not liable to reimburse the consequential losses of accident.

 

We have heard the learned counsel for the appellant and have perused the record. We do not find any reason to interfere with the order of the learned DCF as it is clear that as per the policy conditions the company is not liable for any consequential losses. The appeal does not deserves to be admitted and is dismissed.
