ORDER

     A sum of Rs.80,000/- has already been deposited with the District Forum by JD/OP No.1. The learned counsel for complainant has made an endorsement on the order sheet itself about withdrawing the amount of Rs.50,500/- from this Forum out of the amount of Rs.80,000/- lying depositing with this Forum. Remaining amount has already been received by complainant. As such, this execution application is dismissed as fully satisfied. The complainant shall be at liberty to get the amount released already deposited.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned
