                        Counsel for the parties appeared and the learned counsel for complainant has made statement that she has received Rs.1000/- in cash as litigation costs from Sh.Nikhil Sharma, Advocate for OP-Hyundai Motors India Ltd. She has further stated that Rs.1500/- has already been paid by OP on 2.7.2010 as interest & now nothing is due towards OP-Hyundai Motors India Ltd. and hence she withdraws this execution application as satisfied. Accordingly, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
