No.26/14 with prayer to direct the OPs to correct their printed booklet . The case was fixed for hearing on above pt. But as the complainant was absent since 5.3.14 case could be proceed further. Several date are fixed for hearing, for taking step but the complainant is neither made any hearing on pt. No 26/14 nor took any steps. Hence, it appears that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the case. So, the case is dismissed for default.
