Both the parties are represented by learned counsels. Complainant is also present and filed a petition No.653/16 with prayer to allow him to withdraw the Case.

Seen the petition. Heard learned counsels for both the parties. Parties have amicably settled their matter  on certain conditions as mentioned in the petition which is also a part of the case. Considering the compromising attitude of both the parties and also considering the prayer of the complainant this case is allowed to be withdrawn by the complainant. Accordingly this case is disposed of on withdrawal.
