ORDER

 

Counsel for OP 2 has taken objection that this Commission has no jurisdiction since office of  OP 1 situated at Jasola and office of OP 2 situated at Mayapuri which comes under the South-West District.  Complainant states that he wants to withdraw the matter and sought time to file afresh. In these circumstances, request of the complainant is allowed. Let original copy of complaint be given after retaining a copy of the complaint. The case is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh before appropriate Forum. File be consigned to record room. Copy of order be given dasti.
