ORDER

     Contents of the order dated 22.01.2019 shows, vice counsel for complainant stated at bar that complainant wants to withdraw the present consumer complaint as liability has been discharged on behalf of OP. However, he was unable to make statement as original counsel was not present. The present consumer complaint was adjourned on 28.01.2019. On that date, neither complainant nor his counsel was present despite knowledge. Even today neither complainant nor his counsel is present. The complaint is in initial stage. Even the reply on behalf of OP No.2 has not been filed. Repeated non appearance of the complainant shows that he is not interested in prosecution of the present consumer complaint. Hence, this consumer complaint is dismissed for want of appearance of the complainant as well as non prosecution.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
