AWARD

          Vide his separate statement recorded on 22.11.2024, the ld.Counsel for OP No.2 stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and as per settlement, an amount of Rs.26,000/- shall be paid by OP No.2 Company to the complainant within 15 days from today-22.11.2024 and this will be towards full & final settlement of the dispute in the present consumer complaint and the complaint be disposed of in the upcoming National Lok Adalat.

          The ld.Counsel for the complainant also stated separately that he admits the aforesaid statement of ld.Counsel for OP NO.2 and the complaint be disposed of accordingly in the National Lok Adalat.

2]        In view of the above statements, the present complaint stands disposed of by passing the following award:-

The OP No.2 is directed to pay an amount of Rs.26,000/- to the complainant within 15 days from 22.11.2024, failing which OP NO.2 shall make the said payment along with interest @9% per annum from 22.11.2024 till final payment.

3]        The award is accordingly passed. Complaint stands disposed of in above terms.

4]        Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
