     Vide his separate statement recorded on 06.11.2023, Sh.Sunil Narang, Counsel for Complainant has stated that on the instructions of complainant, he withdraw the present consumer complaint and prayed that the same be dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the statement of the counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
