Ashutosh Verma Vs Hyundai Motor India Ltd. & anr.

Sh.Naresh Narang, G.M. on behalf of OP No.2 along with Counsel Sh.Rajat Chopra, Advocate.
File has been taken up today in the National Lok Adalat. Statement of Sh.Naresh Narang, G.M. on behalf of OP No.2 along with Counsel Sh.Rajat Chopra, Advocate recorded that OP No.2 is ready to give Rs.1800/- in cash along with warranty of the alleged car as per HMIL norms till 28.12.2022 to the complainant. The matter has been compromised in full and final settlement. Now nothing remains due against the OPs.
Further, Statement of Sh.Ashutosh Verma, Complainant, in Person, recorded that Compromise has been effected between the parties. As per the compromise, he has received Rs.1800/- in cash from the OP No.2 today before this Lok Adalat and he will get warranty extended as per HMIL norms till 28.12.2022. He has received the acknowledgment/warranty as per HMIL norms by the OP No.2, which is Mark “A” and nothing remains due thereafter towards the OPs. As such, the present complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.
So accordingly, in view of statement suffered by Sh.Naresh Narang, G.M. on behalf of OP No.2 along with Counsel Sh.Rajat Chopra, Adv. as well as Sh. Ashutosh Verma, the Complainant in Person, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. However Parties shall remain bound by their statements. File be consigned to the record room.
