          This consumer complaint coming up before us on 16.11.2021 for appearance and filing of written arguments of both  and for arguments  and this  Commission made the following:-

1^st opposite party present. No representation for complainant. This Complaint is posted today for appearance of complainant and for filing written argument of both and for arguments in list. When the matter was called at 10.30 a.m the complainant was  not present  hence,  passed over and  called again at 12.15 pm, then also the complainant has not appeared and written argument was  also not filed by both parties  Hence keeping the complaint  pending is of no use as parties are not interested in prosecuting the case.

Hence the complaint  is dismissed for default.  No order as to costs.
