            Since there was delay in filing the present appeal, the applicant/appellant moved a separate miscellaneous application bearing No.687 of 2017 for condonation of delay of 48 days in filing the present appeal.

2.         However, no reply to the application aforesaid was filed by the respondents/Opposite Parties.

3.         Heard on the application aforesaid.

4.         For the reasons stated in the application, which is supported by a duly sworn affidavit and finding sufficient cause, the delay aforesaid is condoned.

5.         The application stands disposed of accordingly.

6.          Vide our detailed order of the even date, recorded separately in Appeal No.152 of 2017, titled as ‘Hyundai Motor India Ltd. & Anr. Vs. Jitender Kumar Verma & Ors.’, this appeal has been dismissed with no order as to costs.
