Order Below Exh. 01 In C.C.No. 125/2011

Complainant and his advocate are absent since long.  The matter has been pending for the taking of the steps by the complainant since 16/06/2011.  The complainant has not taken any step for procuring the appearance of the opponents before us.    It appears that, complainant is not interested in prosecuting the matter.  The Complainant is seen to have not taken any step for reissuance of notice to the opponents since 16/06/2011.   Today also, neither complainant nor his advocate is present.  No step taken by the complainant.  The matter is therefore, liable to be dismissed in default vide Section 13 (2) (C) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.  Hence we pass the following order.

O R D E R

1. The complaint is dismissed in default vide Section 13 (2) (C) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
  
2. Inform the parties accordingly.
