          The case was fixed for 30.07.2021 for notice to the Opposite Parties. Today, the Complainant has filed an application for pre hearing the matter. Heard on the  application of the Complainant for pre hearing. In the interest of both the parties, the matter is put up today as the matter has been  settled amicably between the parties.  Sh.Ram Singh Saini, representative appeared on behalf of the Opposite Parties and filed authority letter on behalf of the Opposite Parties.

          Today, Sh.Radhe Mohan Garg, complainant has made separate statement before this District Commission.

“Stated that I have received a demand draft bearing No.007949 dated 08.04.2021 amounting to  Rs.15,000/- of HDFC Bank in my favour as full and final settlement of my claim. Now I do not want to proceed further with this complaint and the same  may please be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.”

          In view of the aforesaid statement of Sh.Radhe Mohan Garg, complainant made separately today before this District Commission, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.  Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost and thereafter the file be consigned to record room after compliance.
