        Learned counsel for the parties have suffered the following statement before this commission:-

“Statement of Mr.Hitender Kansal, Advocate for the appellant and Ms. Kiranjeet Kaur, Advocate counsel for respondent.

W/o

Cheque bearing No.233179 dated 07.12.2016 for Rs.90,000/- has been paid to the counsel for respondent and the matter be deemed as disposed as full and final settlement.”

In view of the statement of learned counsel for parties, the matter is disposed of as full and finally settled and no further adjudication is required.

2.      The statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited at the time of filing the appeal be refunded to the appellant against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules.
