          Today the case is fixed for appearance of both the parties in pursuance to directions issued by Hon’ble State Commission, Haryana vide its order dated 05.03.2021 in TA No. 01 of 2021. Both the parties are present and the DH/Complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that he does not want to pursue with the present execution, so, he wants to withdraw the same, being fully satisfied.

                    Heard. In view of the statement made by the DH/Complainant, the present execution is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.  

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
