                        Mr. Atul Aggarwal, Advocate for  the Ops.

 

                       

On 20.03.2015, the counsel for the Ops has tendered a cheque of Rs.341276/- vide bearing No.665250 dated 19.03.2015 in compliance  of order under execution application  alongwith fresh calculations and also  stated that order under execution has been fully complied with and the case was adjourned for today i.e Ist April, 2015 for filing objections on behalf of the complainant if any. Today No any objections has been filed.  Authorized representative for the complainant has filed his authority letter and  made a separate statement in which he states that he has received a cheque of Rs.3,41,276/- vide bearing No.665250 dated 19.03.2015 in compliance of order under execution application against the proper receipt. Receipt is placed on record and also states that now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw the present execution application being fully satisfied.

Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.           

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
