                    None for OP No.2.

 

                    Ld. Counsel for complainant made a statement, recorded separately, that he withdraws the present complaint, at this stage, while reserving rights to file it afresh.

                    In view of the above statement, present complaint stands disposed of as withdrawn. Benefit of limitation period allowed in favour of complainant, as per law.  Original documents attached with this complaint case, if any, be returned to the complainant after retaining photocopies of the same in the file. Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. Case file be consigned to the record-room, after due compliance.
