                   Case called several times since morning.  It is now 3.25 p.m. but  none appeared on behalf of the complainant.  This case is pending for notice to OP no. 4 & 5 since the filing.  The OPs no. 4 & 5 could not be served for want of registered cover etc.  A period of about 4 years has to pass but the complainant has not taken any pain for service for notice to OPs no. 4 & 5.  During this period the complainant despite several orders did not furnish the registered covers, copy of complaint etc.  It seems that the complainant or his counsel is not interested to pursue his complaint because from the perusal of zimini orders, it is transpired that complainant or his counsel is not appearing in this case since 01.03.2017.  This is one of the old case pending in this District Forum.  No further adjournment is justified without any sufficient cause.  The complainant has failed to supply registed cover despite last opportunity.  The complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order. File be consigned to the records.
