Today counsel for the Ops has placed on record the compliance report and also tendered a cheque of Rs.65,997/- vide bearing No.509116 dated 08.05.2015 in compliance of order under execution and states that order under execution has been fully complied with. Complainant has made a separate statement in which they states that he has received a cheque of Rs.65,997/- vide bearing No.509116 dated 08.05.2015 of PNB in compliance of order under execution application. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present execution application being fully satisfied.

Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.           

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
