ORDER

              The counsel of JDs has made a statement that they have given map according to the directions of Commission to the DH and are transferring Rs. 1304/-into the account of DH which is in process. According to the directions of Hon’ble State Commission, cost amounting to Rs.20,000/-is due which will be paid within 15 days. Statement in this regard recorded separately.

                The learned counsel of DH also stated that he has received map and there is statement regarding payment in the court. Keeping in view the statement, he wants to withdraw the execution. Statement in this regard also recorded separately.

                Keeping in view the statement made by the counsel for DH above, the present execution petition stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Papers be consigned to the record-room.
