                      It is stated by counsel for the JDs that 14 person  filed complaint against HUDA and out of them  8 had already withdrawn their complaint and from remaining many complainant have already expired including Shyam Lal Jangra DH no.2 and that they have already complied the order dt.07.08.2008 because neither the additional price of the plot was recovered nor the said plot was resumed  nor OP has forfeited the deposited amount of any of the complainant and that is why none is appearing since long on behalf of DH.

            Case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of DH. It is already 4.05 pm.  Further wait is not justified. Thus, execution petition  stands dismissed in default. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
