                        Today the case was fixed for arguments. At this stage, the counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that the matter is still peding for adjudication before the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Haryana. In view of above, he may be allowed to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action.

                        Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
