Today the case was fixed for arguments. Learned counsel for the complainant after some arguments seeks to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file fresh one and also made a separate statement in this regard.

Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh one. We order accordingly.

A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
