                        On 18.11.2015, learned counsel for the Ops has filed the compliance report and stated that order under execution has been fully complied with and the case was adjourned to 01.12.2015 for further proceedings. On 01.12.2015 and 17.12.2015, none has appeared on behalf of the complainant. Today case called several times since morning. It is already 4.00 p.m. but none has appeared on behalf of the complainant and no any objection against the compliance report has been filed. It seems that the complainant is satisfied with compliance and order under execution has been fully complied with. Hence, the present execution application has become infractuous and the same is hereby disposed off accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
