                   Ld. Counsel for the complainant has suffered separate statement to the effect that he does not want to pursue the present complaint and it may be dismissed as withdrawn.

2.                This being so, original complaint No.202 of 2019 is hereby dismissed as withdrawn and it is ordered accordingly. Other interim application bearing No.170 of 2023 praying for permission to transfer the plot has become infructuous in view of withdrawal of main complaint and same is ordered accordingly. File be consigned to the records.

 

3.                Let, original documents be returned to the parties after getting photocopies of that documents from them against proper receipt and as per rules, after noting down in the registered, if maintained.

4.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.

5.                File be consigned to record room along with a copy of this order.
