          I have settled the complaint with M/s. TVS Electronics Limited (OP-3) and have received a total amount of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) vide cheque no. 909372 dated 16.10.2018 from TVS Electronics Limited (OP-3), as full and final settlement.

ORDER

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Shri Ajeet Sharma, Spare Part Officer of M/s. TVS Electronics Limited (OP-3) has been authorised to settle the complaint.  Complainant have received a total amount of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) vide cheque no. 909372 dated 16.10.2018 from TVS Electronics Limited (OP-3), as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
